I had to have a spinal laminectomy, but after I woke up from the surgery, I was able to walk to the bathroom all by myself, with NO pain!

Ouch.. sorry for the pain you feel..... have you tried a heating pad?.. recently my sciatica stared acting up... it's been years.... when I use the heating pad.. it helps for a bit... I hope this has been helpful

I have it n my hip my doctor wants to do hip injection..I'm so afraid...😨
