Maybe you'd feel more comfortable with a lower dose or taking it every other day. I also have liver issues so I'm not supposed to take Tylenol (unless I just really must) and I try to limit ibuprofen. I find relief with CBD creams, tinctures, and oils. And, although I don't live in a state where it's allowed, I do have access to other products (if you know what I mean) that contain a very effective natural compound. ☺️

I've been on opiates 10 years, and I wouldn't be here without them. Try them if you can especially low dose. Tylenol helps in between my doses of pain meds.

For what it's worth, a recent study found the ibuprofen + acetaminophen compounds are therapeutically equivalent to codeine for moderate pain.

I was on them for 20 years and am glad I am off them. It's been over a year now. They ruined my teeth. I pray a lot and it helps!
