If Simple Exercise Increases The Nerve Pain In My Legs, Hips, Back And Feet, Should I Not Do It And Lose Out On The Benefits Of Exercise?
I have nerve pain in my legs, hips, thighs, back, feet, and hands. It's not clear what the root cause is. My question is: If simple exercise like a 15-20 minute easy walk increases the nerve pain in my legs, hips, back & feet, should I not do it and lose out on the benefits of exercise?
Any thoughts, wisdom is appreciated.

I have 2 comments from your question. From personal experience, I have to do gentle walking, daily, or I actually get in more pain.
Secondly, I would try to find out the root cause of your issues. You need to get an accurate diagnosis to know what you should/shouldn't be doing to help yourself. There are things that I never do, like twisting or lifting anything over 5 lbs. We each have to know our triggers. We really need to be able to listen to our bodies.
Listen to your body girl girl and take it real easy until the flare passes. Hugs.
Quit until Dr gives you the ok. Please get a MRI.
I have a bad back and Fibromyalgia so physical therapy or exercise causes any pain to increase and leave me in a flare.
OT, I would ask dr. about having an MRI on lower back first.

I'm 75 so you all are girls until I find out otherwise. Hugs.
