Have any of you tried a pressure relief memory foam mattress topper? It makes a huge difference for me. Temperpedic has one, the sale of 40% off ends tomorrow and has a warranty of 10 years. I know it's hard financially if you are like me and live on disability.

Lorraine my knees and back are killing me the most but its moved to all my joint now. It is miserable. what I would give for one pain free day lol. wishful thinking.

I use heating pads, biofreeze, lidocaine patches tried just about everything and still cant get any relief. the drs are trying to get me into a pain management but it cant happen fast enough. I hope you get some relief soon.

I use 2 heating pads,they are my best friends!
