Have Any Of You Dealt With TMJ Pain? What Have You Done That Helps.
I have been in severe pain on the side of my head, my temples, my neck both sides & back everyday for the last 4 months. I have met with a Dr that will build a device to loosen the amount of space in my jaw joints & hopefully relieve the muscular pain that is trying to support everything. I can't get the device for a few weeks, so I wondered if anyone else has dealt with this & could maybe give me some home care remedies in the meantime??

I purchased temporary one fr local Pharmacy..
Stopped my jaw facial n earache pain by wearing every night ..took the pressure off jawjoint on
left side n stopped grinding my teeth .. I am so relieved.. I will never be without my retainer..
SpecDr said to correct TMJ Temporomandibular joint he would cap my teeth to correct my bite or Micro surgery is only a 50/50 chance.. $$
I chose the retainer
stops my perfect teeth fr overbite .. must wear nightly .. or pain is back in 2 or 3 days.. I wish you Good Luck..
