Journaling Your Pain

Another great App I discovered is Managing My Pain. It tracks your pain level, meds, where you hurt, what helps, what doesn’t, diet and more. Makes reports you can share with Doctors or whom ever. Give it a try. I think you will like it. Michael

Manage My Pain is free. It also has a pay feature for pro version for around $4. Per month.
Cureable has 30!day trial. Then a monthly fee of around $12+*/—??? Or yearly around $71/72 per year which is like $5.90+/- or thereabouts. Cureable is lots of information/videos/ all sorts of tracking yourself but really teaches a lot in my opinion. Both are really good.

I found CBD/THC was a listing or did I create it? Not sure now. Yes they have added a few meds, a condition and a gats it. But i likes that it reminds you to use it. Be sure to track yourself at the worst part of your day. And then again whenever. Anyway glad you found the APP snd hope you like it as much as I do. Also at the bottom it says NOTES/ CPP use that area to comment on my day, highlights, etc. you’ll enjoy just after a week or so and create a report. Let me know what you think. And have a really great day tomorrow abs a good night tonight !

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member, FOUND IT, thanks Michael! I started using it today! Medical marijuana is not an available medication, I tried to send them a message, but something in my settings is not right, so it is sitting in my outbox... have you ever sent a message to them?

Blessings

Cheryl. Manage My Pain (MMP) App is on Apple. That’s where I got it. Icon is MMP in greenish blue (I’m a bit colorblind) with a slash of rainbow colors. Check again. I really like the free App. And it creates great reports to share w Providers etc
