Right Sadie tackle one thing at a time since you don't have an advocate you will need to be your own. To do that you need to know what you want & what it is practical to have or do. You also need to be realistic if you are in care its because you cant manage on your own at the moment, so you need some help.

Low blood pressure can cause dizziness which means you will be liable to falling & or light-headedness, in the aftermath of pancreatitis this may happen anyway so they may not want you trotting about on your own for fear you will fall & hurt yourself. That said there is no reason why you cant change your own colostomy bag. So the next time it needs changed when they come, ask (very nicely :) ) if she would watch, but let you do it yourself, this may be annoying if you have done it on your own before but you are giving them the confidence that you know what you are doing & in a short time they may just give you the bags back & let you get on with it. So one thing at a time.
You are obviously still not well & you sound a bit like me ie "Don't annoy me whatever the problem is I will cope" well that's what I have always done till now.
Sometimes though you get better quicker if you accept at least some of the help on offer. Don't forget you always have us to come to when it is really getting to you
Take care

wow Sadie I have just been discharged from the hospital for pancreatitis. Im so sorry that you have to endure this. Can you ask the nurse why they wont let you have the ostomy supplies in your room?

I am trying my hardest to get the heck out of this long term care place there's the ones who didn't believe that I wasn't well. Now this is a joke cause there all concerned now but I just got a hold of a lawyer & what there doing is resident abuse. I will buy my own damn supplies but its coming out of the rent cause I have been a victim this I will not let any one control me !

BP too low? Isn't that a riot. Not picking on you what so ever, just the rest of the planet has high BP. My wife's is scary high but won't do much about it. Have you considered drinking, smoking, partying all night and working a double shift? It seems to work for everyone else.
My BP is taken twice a week during my pain block shots. If my pain is exceptionally high, so is my BP. Two weeks ago it hurt so much that the shots brought the BP down. Usually injecting stuff to the body will push up your BP which is how I usually react.
With my pacemaker, I have no more heart issues that I am aware of. My annual pacemaker test comes up next week.
Hope you find an answer.

Hey hon no my siblings plus 2 adult kids have nothing to do with me for what reasons God only knows !
I have ask every one of the ones who have homes if they would rent me a room well they declined plus there suppose to be Christian's.
My 2 kids have no contact with me either so I had to let go !
This is so hard on me they all must be holding resentments or guilt but I just have to take baby steps again. Today is the first day out of 20 years with no alcohol in my body. It has crossed my mind but that wont change things it will just make my brain go into a fog !
Its lonely with out family but my 1 bro whom passed on they treated him just as they do I !
Its ok there's karma around the corner when it hits its not a nice thing!
You are the first guy who I have opened up to there is something about you but I wont try to figure it out !
I kept your photo its a life savour cause when my tears begin to fall done my face I look at your photo & say stay clean just as your new friend !
So thank you for being like a bro !
Lol Sadie
I will be ok if my higher power wanted me to be in his arms he would have taken me !
There's a reason for still breathing & I will find out what it is in his time not mine !
I need to say the serenity today over & over !
This guy 😈 is trying his hardest to watch me fall but we all do its getting back up !
My nick name is delicate flower !
