Cervicalgenic Headaches'neck

A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭
Los Angeles, CA

I have Scoliosis, and recently developed Cervialgenic neck inflammation and clicking of bones and heated headaches of the skull. I want to know if anyone has suffered from this, and what they are doing to help themselves. I have tried acupuncture and trigger point injections. I cannot be on ANY N-saids meds, and Rx drugs to due getting dizzy and problem of falling. I try to stretch, but the pain is overwhelming and it is difficult for me to function at times.

As a topical, no NSAID relief, I use a homemade oil.

1bottle of olive oil,
1bundle of sage (white or purple, dried)

Pour out some of the oil and put the sage it.

The unfortunate spurt of this answer is that it takes about 3 months for the sage to seep into the oil. But you can plan for the future, and get it going ASAP.

I’m going to try it with Young Living essential oil and olive oil next month, stay in touch for the results!

Blessings

Cheryll
