i take the meds that my dr prescribe and do alot of praying not just for me but for everyone. seems like praying for others helps me alot.some times it is real hard to be positive but you do your best effort and it makes it easier.i do try to exercise some.what i am able to do.it hurts but sometimes helps.i slack at times.try to do things to take mind off of pain.hard to do but have to try.like carrie mentioned about your mind set.the best i know to do as best you can but most of all keep on keepn on.

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member, I had to find the mental place in my brain to help me cope with pain.. Chronic pain is wicked and we dont only deal with pain but we deal with the anxiety of our life changing.. Its not always changing for the good...Medications, sounds of relaxation,meditation...heatness, coldness..These are my go too.. Therapy also will help. My friend is a licensed therapist so I had someone to listen when I vented.. And I also lost friends because of my illness'. Now that hurt..It is what it is.. Hope I helped in some small way !!!!

Compassion. We deal and cope in very different ways . Some like hot or cool packs. Other use micheal sealey from you tube to fallow a voice and get less desparate.Others meditate or pray there is unfortunally not one way the best , we only try.

Thank you all for your suggestions. Since Pennsylvania has gotten our first cold snap, I am going to go to a pain management center and see how they can help me too
