Pain Pump
Had pain pump implanted less than 9 months ago. Began failing shortly after implanted. Faulty device. Need help recovering losses. Any suggestions
Oh wow. I have no idea what that must be like. I have an acquaintance who had a pain pump implanted, but hers ended failing also and left her in more pain than before. I'm not sure if she did anything about it, from a legal standpoint, but I do know she had it removed, but don't know she had another put in her or not. Anyway, I do hope that you are able to resolve this issue for yourself and get some type of compensation. Beat of luck to you.
A girlfriend of mine had a pain pump inserted inside her body! I never saw the pump, but she told me that it wasn't helping her at all and had it removed. Poor girl. I can't even begin to imagine what that wzs like for her.
Are you trying to sue them yourself? Find an attorney who is experienced in this sort of thing. I would suggest Saintz and Kirk. They handled my DVT suit against the manufacturer of the birth control pills that caused my first dvt and were very successful in getting me a decent settlement. Good luck sweetie.
Hi! If you can look at my previous posts about the pump, please read! I attempted to sue Medtronic, but they have so many lawyers.
( probably about 35 or so), and so many existing lawsuits pending that no lawyer will help you. I contacted about 20 before I gave up. I'm so sorry you had problems. I know all about it.
