I just battled a month long bacterial infection in my intestines and colon, and a kidney infection. My back hurt from my hips up to my shoulder blades. The last few days, the back pain has gone from my entire back, to my lower back, and today, into my kidneys. I almost feel human again, after 5 days of bed rest. The past 7 days have been the worst.

My course of action was lengthy; as I was researching and experimenting with natural remedies. I began drinking Soursop juice, eating Guanabana fruit, drinking gallons and gallons of water, and went on a liquid diet for 3 days, (water, juice with NO sugar added, herbal tea (chamomile, dandelion root), and coconut water in small doses). I did eat sprouted (Ezekial) toasted bread, unsweetened applesauce, and small amounts of mashed potatoes.
I began eating solid food 3 days ago...about 2 oz. of broiled chicken, NO seasonings! It went down well. Yesterday, i had about 4 oz. chicken.

I drank 1 tsp. of Apple Cider Vinegar with "mother" last night.
Today, my kidney pain is almost gone and my guts are getting back to pain free.

Hope this helps. Lots of clear fluids...lots of WATER, WATER, WATER.

I believe my kidneys ache at about 4 am. Trying baking soda to help neutralize sodium bicarbonate. I’m no doctor of course. Doing a treatment of guaifenesin to activate my kidneys to flush excess phosphate. Informative book called “What Your Doctor May Not Have Told You About Fibromyalgia”. Theory on genetic DNA mutation that causes the kidney to not flush phosphate thus builds up in the body. 3 part treatment so important to read the book. In the book says I can use the baking soda to help reduce the acid of the urine ie caused by too much phosphate. Anyway it seems to help me. And trying to not drink coffee all day.
