Honestly I’ve learned there is no one answer. We need several tools to combat countless ,unpredictable symptoms and numerous pains of different kinds and levels. Combined they seem unbeatable but broken down to avaiuate and then adjusting according to that specific symptom allows you to lower levels in a ripple effect
Personally if I can combat just a few of the worst it has a chain reaction to lowering several symptoms and I can get a functional grasp on my day .
I hope you find what works for you

I have no idea, get into the water, find a ymca, water helps a lot, like a aqua size class, also, your diet, being around positive people, getting on the right medications, support team, hope all is well.
