I get IM steroids for hands, feet and Back pain which greatly helps extremities but slightly help back. Now that im being weaned off oxycodone rheumatologist has put me on oral steroids which give minor back relief. Can't take biologics again as I got cancer after 11yrs of using it. If no signs of cancer in 2/12 yrs frpm now i can take biologics again.

Had one spinal shot for severe spinal stenosis. Didn’t work. Had follow up w pain dr, explained that I developed tingling and numbness in legs & both feet. one See I’m retired and at least Medicare and supplement covered everything. Sorry that shots didn’t work and you had to pay for it yourself.
