I forgot to say above that my PCP added multi B complex vitamin, but I really need the shot. So this month I'll start the 1x per week B shot at my PCP's office. Sigh....1 more time weekly I must find and pay for transportation, but most of all? It takes energy to go to get a shot..sounds easy-peasy huh? Some peeps in my life don't understand my energy level is finite, (pain levels run HIGH) and constantly changes.

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member, thank you for the hug! I appreciate it.....

I had been getting a Vitamin b12 injection every 3 months until my doctor put me on Multi Vitamin and mineral tablet each morning and in May18 my system had recovered and l don't have to have the b12 injection. I stopped taking the multi vitamin and mineral tablets towards the end of 2018 so it will be interesting to see if my next blood tests show up any deficiencies. I am eating better than I was last year. Hugsxxx

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member You might question the supplements you've tried. Absorption of key supplements is proportional to the quality in most cases. I've tried many brands but learned price isnt always best. This may not be the case with yours but it's worth looking into.
