You add people by clicking on their picture. This adds them to your team of followers. When you post anonymously, like today, it goes to all members. If you are answering a specific post you use a @ and their user name. For example if you wanted to send me a post you would send to @A MyChronicPainTeam Member. This sends me a notification to my bar or email depending on my settings. You can also like or hug posts you receive if you feel that way. Again it generates a notification that you liked or hugged another's post. You get one if they like or hug your post. Also depending on your settings. I do hope this explains our site and how you interact.

You build your own team. If you see someone you want to add to your team, click on their photo, then click on add to team. Then you can click on the three gray bars at the right and there is a link to your team.
