@Patti4peace, inversion tables are made so once strapped in , it turns to have yourself hanging upside dowmn, and yes this would help relieve pressure and seperate your bones. They have different machines, one is you are tied in like am inversion table , but this one pulls you and you are anchord by the chest and shoulders on one side and your legs are tied to the puller machine , and this gives same thing as the other but you are lying flat on your back. Personally i prefer the 2nd one.

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member, i have thhese same problems with buses, and now use a special service they have installed for all the people who need. But before , right about cushions , but pillows are deffinitley the lowest grade, with the new egg cushion as it is called, this is in high grade, and you should be ablre to take the bus with it. It will not stop the swaying , but it will protect you from the hard seat and the bumps. If price is a problem , there are different versions , that are a bit cheaper. I use a version , that is for cars, but these cannot be used by themselves on a hard surface, and need another cushion under it. It does help by itself , but the one i have is made to put on car seat, it is already cushioned. At home i have another car seat under the first one, of a different model to give me the height i need as i am 6 feet tall , most chairs are not high enough for me, but i also raise my feet off the floor, between 4 and 6 inches , i use the feet under my table as they are perfect, when i go to my sons place i bring my cushions and use one of his 5lbs dumbells wich are octagonal and are at the purfect height for his chairs and table. I also use the cushion on my couch to be comfy, and for now , as a cushion under me in bed because my mattress died and this helps me sleep without pain for the most part. Talk soon, take care

Gabapentin! Kills the nerve reception of pain going to the brain. Can and DID cause major weight gain in me tho!
