So sorry..I know the feeling..I have been taking Lyrica and other things..but I know the cold weather has made me worse also..meds have side effects πŸ˜’πŸ‘Žpain sucks..then the doc said a few days ago..you seem down in the dumps..you should see someone..lol..I did that for 3 years..I really wish they understood when you have something you are trying to control and would just love to wake up and be the same as you were before this happened..😳You would feel crappy too..ugh..just living day by dayπŸŒˆπŸ’•πŸ‘

Hi Renae, my suspicions would be that it is the meds? But talk with your doctor as to how you are feeling, and another good way is track how you were feeling emotionally, not physically BEFORE you started these meds? I for example track in diary form all my emotions so that when I do start a new med or supplement I can tell how my moods change? Does this make sense? It is really like a food tracking system so you know what foods may lead to IBS symptoms, etc...I have specific foods I cannot eat, and it is the same with meds...some actually have made me quite depressed in the past and so I don't take those, and those were antibiotics ...so if you are feeling consistently depressed since starting this med, it is likely one of the side effects of it? But again speak to your doctor, cause maybe even a lower dose may still help cumulatively? Hugs and best wishes, your friend always, Ron S.
