A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

I find it difficult to say how i am doing when somebody ask it.I really don't know how to answer do i say " al right " but i am not / or "bad " do i give somebody a short /or long version of my situation , it is diffecult to choose in different situations.Last time i am answering with ; i have difficulties with my disability but i have a lot to be thankfull for ; because i don't want to lie / but i also don't want to open a conversation with a long sad story.

Willemien, when I ask how you are it's because I deeply care and am interested to hear how you are. If I did not want to know, I would not ask. I am hoping that this finds you better, hugs.
