My main problem is constant pain. I was disgnosed with prolapsed discs in the L3L4 area and also problems at the top of my spine. I have had two major ops on my lower back neither worked the final op fused the L3L4 vertibrae. I have over the years tried most of the painkillers on the market. @A MyChronicPainTeam Member, I have new dentures, I hate them! I can't get my lips closed, so when I have them in I breathe through my mouth! Than it gets my throat to hurt! I just don't understand why?! My husband had his done and was eating normally 3 days later! It's been since the 16th of February and I can't eat anything with the dentures in! When I do eat I have to take them out! I basically eat milkshakes and jello. What I would give to be able to eat a steak and baked potato! I hope that you have better luck then I have had! Hug's to you!

Go back to your dentist. The teeth are obviously too big. You should be able to eat well with them straight away, not three days later. You should be drinking a high protein product such as Sustagen to ensure you get better nutrition for your body.

CherylAnne, I just went back to the dentist yesterday, they cut down the pink part of the dentrues. So that they fit alot better. I still have to take them out to eat though. They are making me a smaller set. They sent them out to a different lab to have them done. I'm anxious to get them. I have to keep them in my mouth more. Thanks for the advice. Hugs to you

The only thing that helps me is heat and laying down. Am considering a nerve stimulator or ablation. Going to go to 3 pain docs for opinions. Hope something works.
