Has Anyone Made Any New Years Resolutions For 2018?

A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭
Australia

My resolution is to lose weight using a system I purchased which is packed full of natural ingredients and full of vitamins and minerals I wasn’t getting before

If you get any dry mouth when you go to sleep, definitely invest in some Biotene Gel to put in your mouth. It lasts for hours. That is when it really gets dry, when we sleep, especially if we breath with our mouth open.

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member the system I am on stops all cravings for sweet things like lollies, cakes, biscuits etc
You also can buy healthy treats with chocolate on them or all chilocolate I used to crave soft drink and sweet things since I’ve started this system I haven’t craved any of it and I can still have a treat that is guilt free
I’ve just started a 30 day cleanse challenge today so I can’t wait to see my results at the end of it
I did however have to save up to purchase this amazing system but it is worth every cent
I had extremely bad oedema in both of my feet and ankles where you couldn’t even see the bone structure or was just filled with so much fluid and within just under a week it was completely gone
I’m usually very sceptical about things like this but it has a money back guarantee so I thought why not at least try it and I’m so glad I did I’ll kever look back now

I'm trying to keep it simple. Going back to my no processed foods and gluten free diet. That was making me feel better and the weight was slowly coming off. Continue PT until insurance won't pay anymore then exercise in the pool 2 or 3 times a week. Attend my groups so that I have friends and support. Get Dr records updated to get disability worked out. Just try to make life a little more bearable. Everything else doesn't matter.

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member. Dry mouth is terrible. I have lived and suffered with it for many yeard and have lost teeth as a result. I have spent a fortune on dentists and my teeth. as a resukt and only one had the brsins to test me for it. The test came back positive but much too late to save the remainder of my teeth. The meds I have been taking for pain over the years. caused it. It caused me to sleep with an open mouth and bacteria love that. Take good care of your teeth if you have dry mouth.
