I have Osteo arthritis and Fibromyalgia,. Detestation in my spine, hips, knees and feet. The weather can put me down fast. I also have Neuropathy from the arthritis so I do understand what you're going through. God bless you and I hope you feel better.

For me i have more pain when it get's below 70 specially if it's raining here i have more pain and stiffness I have cervical stenosis with myelopathy i have chronic pain in my neck and shoulder's plus my spine is partially flattened

Definitely have more pain in winter. It’s been quite cold here today and already affecting my hands (they seize up) I love the heat feel so much better when it’s warm. Think I need to emigrate lol xx

Amitriptyline...for muscles...my neck really bothers me..bulging disc...but I need to work...so I do when I can. Im houng to start swimming tomorrow to ease the pain...water should help. Its a process.

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member. Hi. I can understand how you feel. My pain in my neck and down my entire spine hurts more in cold and damp weather. I also have trouble getting my household chores done. Most times I have to rest before I even begin cleaning the house. All tasks are so difficult then. Thinking of you. Have you tried anything to ease the pain.
