Wow go to Web MD and go to prescription vocabulary or type in drug interactions and look up pain medicine that interactions with blood thinner. Or medicine that don't interact with blood thinner.

Hi Julie hope you managed to get something sorted out for your husband I think the hand cramps are very painful and can be dangerous if you happen to have a cup of hot coffee in your hand this happened to me but fortunately I had thick trousers on Hugs

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member, has he tried arthritis gloves? I got a good pair at Walgreens and another pair at Amazon. I use the gray ones with the longer fingers that cover all of my knuckles. They are snug and keep the hands warm. They work on the inflammation, too.

Don't waste money on the ones with short fingers, and/or claim to use copper in them. The snugness and finger coverage are what's important. I sleep in them every night. Hope this helps.
