I am 25 and diagnosed with Lumbar degenerative disease. I have 2 Protruded discs in the lumbar spine, arthritis and the spongy bits between the discs are shortened. I have had frequent flare ups since I was 22. Over time, I have noticed that my flare ups aren't as severe nor last as lon, however they still effect me, physically and emotionally
I believe the cause of my problems come from when I fell off a galloping horse. I remember the fall was so hard I thought I had broken my hip. However I… read more
I have degenerative disk disease,I hurt 24- 7, I also have nerve problem from a Dr. yrs ago missed & hit my nerve to my left leg,all the way down to my little toe. Weight gain,my right knee is totally messed up I'm waiting on a shot in a week or two. I'm on a lot of pain meds. plus CBD,that helps. Your always going to have pain, you'll never get it to totally stopped. Keep up what you love, but know your not getting younger even though you are still young, your body can handle so much. Keep your core strong as possible, but don't over do it! .

I tried CBD oil and it did not work at all it was useless .I do find my massage chair works just to loosen me up in the bottom of my spine where i have nerve impingement in L5 but with having Fibromialgia too, I feel pain more than I would if I did not have it as it makes all my census very aware of pain ect.
Eagle white wolf I. A massage therapist and nurse,I can tell you that massage would have many benefits but there are obviously days when even a light touch will be sore, however there are many types of massage therapy that can also help with this by avoiding the area in question, Indian head massage which also takes in the shoulders and neck face and scalp is extremely good for releasing endorphins that will help deal with pain hot stone therapy is good because the heat of the stones gets really deep into the muscles and relaxes them to also deal with the pain and you don’t require to me massaged it’s fine to just lay on the stones which are placed either side of your spine in alighnment to offer the most intense relaxation even a hand and arm massage would be wonderful for you, you need to find a good therapist though one who gets the pain you are in and treats you accordingly. I’m unfortunately in Scotland but other 5herapists offer greatly discounted prices for people who are coming for treatment regularly I also offer the elderly a mobile service at a reduced price, I’d do for nothing if it wasn’t my business . I work from home a lot or mobile, so what I’m saying is that there are bound to be other people therapists out there that offer the same services it can be very expensive to keep up but if it helps you it’s worth it good luck hope you find someone
I haven't tried CBD oil yet, but I am looking into it. I have pain 24/7 as well. I have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, arthritis in my lower back, my right knee, & my ankles. I have massage 1x a month, it helps for a day or 2. I find i have to pace myself in any activity I do, or I have flares for a few days & can't do anything.
