His name is Bugsie, were together 24\7, sometimes he's my only company. He warns me when Ive got a migraine coming on. He keeps me active when I'm able but is quite happy just hanging out on the couch watching a movie or curling up in bed with me in bad days. Generally a good idea to avoid them if you can. Prescription cough medicine actually works without all the useless crap in them
