To be proactive we educate Pain Management Doctors on the few abuse deterrent options that are available. This includes Oxycodone options that have abuse deterrent properties, but are still Oxycodone and still effective for those who need it. An option would be something like “Roxybond” which is an abuse deterrent version that is new and not a lot of physicians are prescribing it, so it’s more available.
