Not a shy question a bit prograssive but maybe refreshing to know a lot of us stugles with it. I myself lost 90% of my sexlife most of the time my neuroipatic pain is to high to even touch eachter. Or my pundendal nerve flares up and no presure is possible .Or my pain meds make me nump and pulls my libido down to zero.

Ways To Help With A Frozen Shoulder.

I've been dealing with this issue on and off for the last 19 years. At the reconstructive orthopedic clinic I normally get cortisone shots in the problem shoulder and depending on the severity physical therapy at my local hospital. I would love to know of any other ideas to address my pain.
