Help With Reducing Medications
Hi everyone. Hope your all well? I have been on Endone, Targin, paracetamol, Antidepressant, Aspirin, Anti nausea pills, gut pilss to correct damage from the pills. Plus Valium when needed for spasms. I take natural supplements as well. I take Melatonin and a Sleeping tablet. Still don't sleep easy

Has Anyone Tried “Tapping” In Terms Of Anxiety And Pain Relief??
By ”Tapping”, I mean “EFT” (Emotional Freedom Techniques) - Tapping theory is a combination of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology.
I've read lots of really good things about it (in terms of anxiety, chronic pain, depression, limiting beliefs, dealing with loss, etc.) and have three books on it (including one specifically for chronic pain)!!).
I'm just curious if anyone else has consistently used it (my problem is my lack of consistency), and how it's worked for anyone who has.

Hi Has Anyone Been Switched From Lyrica To Horizant?
Recently my pain management doctor put me on Horizant because i was having dizziness and getting off balance. I'm just wondering if Horizant will have the same effect and also does it work better?

Anyone Have Pain In "high Thighs"?
At least 6 months I have been having incredible pain in the highest area of my thighs. (like where it is attached to the body) Sometimes I can't even walk for several minutes. This is my newest whiney butt and I have no idea what's going on.

Prayers For My Friends Little Girl!
I know this isn't a usual post, but could I have collective prayers for my friends little girl?! She had bad migraines and fainting spells for a while and just within the last few days her vision started to go and she has almost gone completely blind and only has half the vision in one eye, if even that anymore and the headaches aren't helped by anything now. CURVILINEAR TENDONITIS & MULTILEVEL FACET ARTHOPATHY
I was recently given x-rays and A MRI for my shoulders and lumbar .
The report shows that I have Curvilinear Tendonitis in my shoulders And Multilevel Facet Arthopathy in my back.
Does anyone else have these conditions and what treatments were given for it?
