Can someone please recommend a pain management doctor in the greater Pittsburgh area who actually prescribes pain meds
I just got dropped today because I tried the medical marijuana card, my urine test at my current doc came back positive, and now I'm banned. I have been diagnosed with myelitis for almost 15 yrs. In the mean time, was told needed knee replacement, had pinched nerve in back .......told needed fusion in back and knee replacement.....I have lots of pain in lower back and left inner knee.....I believe knee pain is from myelitis which pain started right after being diagnosed. My whole left side went numb back then and the knee pain never left me. Had an EMG told no nerve damage

I’ve had it done before with no success but it’s been a very long time and li don’t remember it. Is it painful afterwards? I have to travel 3 hours after they do it. Any suggestions??

How do I get through my life every day, when I get embarrassed walking down the street because I cant even manage to carry my groceries at the supermarket and my pain is too bad to manage? About the only thing i take is aleve for pain i hate taking pills of any kind most of the time i just deal with the pain i don't have insurance and working only 20 hour's a week so i can;t afford to go the doc the one place i was going to don't deal in chronic pain the visit's was only 25.00 a visit but with working only 20 hours a week is just enough to pay the rent thank god water,electric is included i have found that soaking in epsom salt help's some

I have been using cbd oil for 6 months and I have been able to cut way down on my opiate meds. It is really helping with my fibro. However, not so much with my joint pain right now. May have to have hip replacement. Any way if any of you are using it I would like to know how you like it...
