I don't know because I take Vitamin D daily. It is prescribed by my doctor. I have been on it so long I don't know what it is like to not be on it.

How To Maintain Cat Litter Box With Fatigue And A Bad Back?
I have chronic back pain along with fun side effects like fatigue and depression. Keeping a clean cat box is darn near impossible, since box is downstairs, so "out of sight and out of mind." The basement has essentially turned into a cat latrine, thanks to my lack of attention. I know this isn't fair to my two Siamese, although they've never soiled the upstairs.
