Has Anyone Tried Any Alternative Pain Relief? Nothing Works For Me. I’ve Tried All The Pills, Lidocaine And Morphine.

As a side sleeper, my shoulders and hips are usually sore in the morning, even though I switch sides during the night. Sometimes, when both sides are sore, I have no choice but to sleep on my back, which is when I must elevate the pillows or I stop breathing momentarily.
