Severe Pain
I've been in chronic severe pain since 2010 due to a spinal fusion & hardwear put in my L3-L4. Plus have severe chronic joints needing replacement. 2 Knees, possible foot surgery, and just had major shoulder surgery. Realizing how awful the pain was not sure if I can handle any more. I've seen a psych. doc and therapy because my future is so bleak. Have thought every day that I don't want to live. Also have issues with family ontop of it all/ what else could I do? Nothing is working?
Absolutely! I have fibromyalgia and numerous autoimmune conditions that I battle against daily. On top of all this I have very little quality/quantity of sleep which heightens pain and anxierty. I live in a constant state of frustration with all of this.
My prayers are with you. I've been in your shoes... Pain from 4 breaks vertabrea... Sciatica... Cns completely shot... Acupuncture... Osteopath... Therepy... Family issues. It does consume our minds and always looking for answers....
I know it's hard but try to keep strong. People can't see pain like broken leg etc. It's unfair but try to get better mindset.
