Why Am I So Tired With Fibromyalgia
I am always tired i talk in my sleep all night
I have fibromyalgia too. Our sleep is disrupted by pain. Etc.
I also have chronic pain.plus i was posative for Espein barr virus never goes away.plus trauma from childhood.
I do too. I quite often wake up with a headache. It usually goes away once I start to move around but it is still not a nice way to wake up. Along with the fibromyalgia I have back and neck problems
