I have a lot of the same issues that you have. I have DDD, RA, Spinal Stenosis, spondylolisthesis, cervical spondylosis, synovitis, (all those are diseases of my spine) Osteoarthritis, Osteopenia, Stage 3 COPD, emphysema, migraines, peripheral neuropathy, plantar fasciitis, fatty liver disease, fibromyalgia, and type 2 diabetes.
I've had 5 spine surgeries(fusions), a neurostimulator implanted, right hip replacement, I had to have a brace made for my right foot, and orthotics made for my feet due to my arches fallen because of the arthritis. Only 2 of my back surgeries were successful. I live in constant chronic pain. It's getting so I can barely walk. I struggle so much it pure takes my breath away. I'm on 8 mg of Dilaudid, 4x's a day, 750 mg Robaxin(muscle relaxer), 60 mg Cymbalta, Lodine(antiinflammatory), Savella for fibromyalgia.

My weight is a big issue. The last time I weighed it was 208. I hate it. Everyone tells me I carry my weight well because I'm 5 ft 9 in tall. I want to be back around 160-170. I'm hoping to be able to lose the weight now I'm eating better. I'm trying to study up on what to and what not to eat while having Rheumatoid arthritis. Like no red meat, no tomatoes, no leafy green vegetables. I just recently found out that there are foods to avoid with COPD. I'm also taking 292mg of Linzess and lactulose (30 ml 2x's a day) for constipation. Ask your PCP or your pain mgnt Dr for prescriptions. I sincerely hope you can find relief from the pain and the constipation.

Have a great day🌻🌞🌻🌞🌻

I have ddd, osteoarthritis, and testing for fibromyalgia. I take tramadol and gabapentin and Cymbalta. It works! Plus my diet....no fried foods at all! Processed stay away from as much as possible. I shoot for 3 miles a day on my fit bit and try and do some yoga everyday.
