I haven't noticed any side effects from magnesium. I think it just works together with calcium to try to help relax muscles so that if a person has muscle spasms rigidity restlessness Etc supposedly it's supposed to help with that. What I've noticed is that some form of an opiate analgesic it's what works best if you want some real actual relief and something that really works. The interesting thing about opiates is that nature seems to have designed them to specifically work for people who are actually in pain if the person's not in pain they're not designed for conditions that don't involve pain.

I came across this question because I have been reading about Magnesium but not sure I can take it because of my blood thinner and cholesterol Med🤷🏼‍♀️.
Vitamin D3 at 5,000 iu per day helps some but I am having to cut back to 3,000iu a day right now. My Dr had me on 50,000 iu per week for 3 months and I could not believe how much it helped my nerve pain somehow!
It was only for 90days though and I went back downhill after she took me off of it. Anyway,..I’m curious to try some Magnesium supplements to see if it makes a difference.
I was glad to find this post!!🤗
