I have perdendal nerve pain that is always there. I can’t sit for more than a few minutes, can’t wear jeans or anything tight, can’t ride a bike or even do yoga. I also have fibromyalgia and have had more than 40 surgeries so lots of internal scar tissue. Along with all this comes depression with anxiety. Does anyone else have this? I feel very alone and mostly stay home.
