Has Anyone Had Positive Results With Floatation Therapy ?
Has anyone tried floating in a floatation tank/ pod often called a sensory deprivation chamber filled with 900lbs of USP grade Epson salt and had positive results??
They have them in holland i think you can relax deep in it you really float so you get light , but you don t have to be claustrofobic because the shell clothes around you.
Never tried it. But it seems as if it could help.
Yes ive heard of it, ive never gone but my brother has, and it helped him the first few times with symptoms. He said thats when he noticed the biggest difference, and his symptoms stayed away for quite some time, almost a year i think. And apparantly you dont have to know how to swim, as i cant either, the magnesium in the salt water makes you float, here they are called floating tanks, magnesium salt baths, therapy baths. I hope we are talking about same thing, lol and i just didnt feed you a whole bunch of crap. Hope this helps in some way. Ohh and my brother described it as a pool so maybe theres different ones, now im curious.
@A MyChronicPainTeam Member Friends say it's very relaxing . I've never done it.
I haven't tried it yet. I have a gift card. But O
I have heard good things about it. From what I understand it does give some relief
