Google search " CDC advises against misapplication of the guideline" You will see people who need meds should get them. Folks who are on meds should not have them stopped. Show that to your doc, maybe it will help

I understand. I have no support system either and I'm 49. I have medical support because my doctors understand that after 11 surgeries and one medical mistake that there is no way I can function without medication. But I have to live with being thought of as a drug addict. It's a no win situation. My prayers go out to all of you.

I'm so sorry you're dealing with that I understand because I'm dealing with the same I have CRPS and I'm 36 years old no one is stuck around because I am basically housebound the relationship that I used to have with my boyfriend was good now things on the verge of him leaving because he can't handle the pain I'm going through says the opiate epidemic has hit babe taking me off my pain meds and I am suffering I just got out of the psych Hospital because I was contemplating suicide I have no quality of life and I'm 36 years old I've done everything under the Sun not to be on pain meds and unfortunately that is the only thing that helps me now I don't know where to go where to turn to so I understand what you're going through and I am so sorry if you ever need to talk you can always email me at (Email address can only be seen by the question and answer creators)
