It’s a horrible, long, absolutely assinine process. I would do anything to go back to work.

I have been denied twice and now have a hearing scheduled. I have a disability attorney. I tried without one and was unsuccessful. I've heard it's normal to get rejections so you need to keep trying. What they want to see is doctors notes explaining you are in pain and your limitations in writing.

Thank you and that's why I'm scared I'm living with my daughter and her 4 kids so my anxiety over not working is driving me nuts my last day is April 28 whew wish me luck

It's a long process took me five years

We hired a disability lawyer. Got us both through the first time. They get paid from your retroactive pay.
