That is a hard one it really depends on what kind of people they are
If they are understanding you can explain that you have a condition that limits you form going very fast and you get in deplorable pain and mabye they can help after they get caught up
Or if they are not understanding I would go to Human resources and tell them you are doing the best you can and you are finishing the job and it is done really well that you are doing the fastest you can and others are harassing you and you fell i you are being discriminate against and they should check and stop the harassment if not go too the main boss tell him you talked to HR and they didn't do anything and you fell you are being discriminate against you because you have medical condition that limits you from moving in a very fast pace
Hope you have a wonderful day and work gets better and may your pain be manageable
Talk later
Mike

God bless you

Work at your own pace and do the best you can if they don't like it to bad.

If you do your best your doing your job and good for you your able to work God bless you

@A MyChronicPainTeam Member I would just tell them you have an invisible illness that is making you ill you could tell them in which ways or just leave it at that. I would let them know you are trying to keep up your stellar work performance but there are days when it is not going to be
as easy for you as others and to be patient with you. Have a nice weekend and feel well.
