I was on 12 T3’s a day at one time for pain and they were not doing a thing for the pain. So now it is pain management instead of pain killers!!

I have bursitis in my shoulder from a work injury! And L5-S1 disc collapsing and all sorts of muscles knoting! I feel you; literally! I do alot of stretching, muscle isolation exercises, what I call squeeze and release exercises. Literaly teaching my body to relax the muscles that I have to fight with to relax! Only if nothing else works do I take a muscle relaxer. I have tried not to get hooked on them.

I suffer from severally painful knots I get basically from the base of my neck to my bottom.

I have cried so very much from this c p I could fill a river ..

It's been nothing but a chronic pain nightmare since 2004 I have seriously cried real tears almost dail

If anyone knows a great Dr please I beg of you please let me know.
